The huge high that has been affecting our weather all this week is now moving in and across the country for the weekend.
It means more of the same weather – light winds, clear skies, cold nights and mild afternoons.
However there will be more of a breezes over the South Island and lower North Island on Saturday, with a few gusts here and there but by Sunday that calms down again.
By Sunday evening – and the first half of next week – a sub-tropical flow from near Fiji spreads down across a large portion of New Zealand.
