VIDEO: Fieldays kicks off + December’s first week of weather

> From the WeatherWatch archives

The next round of windy west to south west winds are about to move into NZ bringing more rain, showers and isolated thunderstorms.

For Mystery Creek in Waikato it means a bit of a wet Wednesday but the good news is that the long range forecast for the big event is looking mainly dry – and mild!

But elsewhere around NZ – especially southern NZ – the spring pattern is still very much with us next week bringing more cold and showers changes.

Australia: Mostly dry across most states – except coastal QLD where heavy rain returns off and on for the next week ahead, after what has been a fairly quiet spring up there.
