NZ kicks off with a colder change this week as a showery sou’wester works its way up the country.
However a powerful high pressure system will exit Sydney and NSW this week and reach NZ by this weekend.
It means a week of colder weather overnight but mostly dry weather kicking in for NZ by mid to late week.
For Australia the departure of this high later this week will fuel a wetter easterly right along the eastern seaboard.
