Temperatures up to 40C, overnight lows closer to freezing and a low in the south next week – those are just three of the headlines as spring weather continues around Australia.
For the most part it’s a settled week ahead with a lot of high pressure – but that means cold nights for the A.C.T and then hotter days coming.
Sunniest weather looks to be in Brisbane, hottest in Alice Springs, but Sydney may also reach the late 30s for a time in the days ahead as that Alice Springs airflows moves to the east.
Perth and southern WA are still caught up in the usual spring messiness… and a low next week means a colder change and rain coming for Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart and even Canberra.
