Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
A mix of sun and cloud with west to southwesterly winds, conditions about the Bay Of Plenty are mostly sunny.
Highs: 17-19

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
A mix of sun and cloud, light winds tend west to southwest in the afternoon.
Highs: 15-17

Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny with afternoon easterly winds.
Highs: 18-21

Wellington
A mix of sun and cloud, southerly winds tend northerly after midday.
High: 15

Marlborough & Nelson
Morning cloud breaks to a mostly sunny afternoon. Light winds tend northerly after midday.
Highs: 15-17

Canterbury
Mostly sunny with afternoon east to northeasterly winds.
Highs: 16-18

West Coast
Cloudy areas and occasional sun, cloud thickens up from afternoon. The odd light shower especially for Fiordland then rain develops there later in the evening. Light winds tend west to northwest after midday.
Highs: 13-16

Southland & Otago
Mostly sunny with northwesterlies, cloud thickens up in the evening bringing a few late spots of rain about Southland.
Highs: 16-19
