Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Sunny with gentle south to southwesterly winds, a few clouds about Northland especially in the west.
Highs: 13-14

Western North Island (including Central North Island)

Mostly sunny with light winds, southeasterlies die out about Taranaki in the morning.
Highs: 10-12

Eastern North Island

Morning cloud breaks to mostly sunny weather, there may be a few lingering showers about Mahia Peninsula / Gisborne till evening however. Breezy southwesterly winds die out in the evening.
Highs: 12-13

Wellington

Morning cloud breaks to mostly sunny weather, southerlies die out in the afternoon.
High: 10

Marlborough & Nelson

Sunny with light winds.
Highs: 11-13

Canterbury

Sunny with light winds.
Highs: 10-12

West Coast

Mainly sunny weather with light winds.
Highs: 12-13

Southland & Otago

Mostly sunny with a little high cloud later in the day, light winds tend northwest about inland areas and Southland.
Highs: 9-12
