Auckland & Northland
Becoming mostly cloudy this evening with west to northwest winds, showers develop later then easing overnight about Northland.
Low tonight: 13

Bay Of Plenty, Waikato & Central North Island
Inreasing cloud with showers developing later this evening or overnight, west to northwest winds.
Lows tonight: 7-11

Eastern North Island
High cloud thickening this evening with some brief rain possible later, north to northwesterly winds.
Lows tonight: 9-10

Western North Island
Fairly cloudy, rain develops later this evening with brisk north to northwesterly winds. Rain overnight may be heavy abut Kapiti then easing before dawn as winds tend a little more westerly.
Lows tonight: 9-12

Nelson & Wellington
Cloudy with rain developing this evening then clearing overnight with a southerly change. Northerlies before the change willl be gusty about Wellington.
Low tonight: 9-13

Marlborough
Thick high cloud, some brief rain later this evening then clearing. Northwesterly winds ease overnight with skies clearing up.
Lows tonight: 7-8

Canterbury
Cloudy, a few showers may move through during the course of this evening with a southerly change then clearing overnight. Skies clear up overnight also.
Lows tonight: 3-4

West Coast
Areas of heavy rain clearing later this evening, northerlies change west to southwest.
Low tonight: 7

Southland &Otago
Remaining showers clear this evening, clear spells overnight with west to southwest winds easing.
Low tonight: 2-4
