OVERVIEW
What a difference a day makes as Cantabrians felt the thermometer plunge by 10-15 degrees on yesterdays highs, and Christchurch after hitting 21 only 24 hours ago and the nations hot spot, was lucky to make even 7 degrees under miserable skies today.
Aucklanders and others in the far north felt the warmth today, as did a number of centres across the North Island, which was reflected in the temperatures below….
