Hi Philip

This latest rain event totalled 20mm here just south of Waipu and was very welcome. Steady rain with little wind from 3.30 pm yesterday and into the night. This will help keep moisture levels up but the month ahead will be the telling factor.

This morning fine and clear with the cool sou wester with us again as you have forecastered.

Thanks for your reply last post and keep up the good work.

Cheers Steve
