What a difference 55mm of rain this morning made here just south of Waipu. This drop has boosted YTD total to 481mm. Now we can say the ground has had a good soaking and all water storage should be full. With temperatures quite mild overnight grass growth should still be good until the real cooler weather moves in. Autum really hasn’t hit full on yet as some trees have been reluctant to let go their leaves. Expect this to change from now though.

Well forecasted WW.
