Upper North Island

Mostly sunny with any early cloud clearing, south
to southeasterly winds.

Lower North Island

Mostly sunny in the west with southeasterly winds, morning cloud clears about Wellington to a mostly sunny day. Cloudy spells along the east coast with southeasterlies easing during the day, the odd light shower about northern Hawkes Bay and Gisborne.

Upper South Island

Mostly sunny weather with light winds after any morning cloud clears away, chance of a brief shower or two in the
afternoon about the Tasman Region otherwise dry.

Lower South Island

Mostly sunny with light winds tending southwestely. A few morning showers about Southland however then afternoon sunny spells, breezy westerlies.

Hey weatherwatch! You Guys should definantly Add Napier to your descriptive forecasts! When you guys had Napier added to your forecast joining the ABS Game the forecats Were spot On!!!! I think that weatherwatch Would Become more popular if napier was added To the descriptive metorologist forecasts! I look foward to hearing back from you guys!
