A bright meteor has lit up the skies across both islands of New Zealand tonight.
WeatherWatch.co.nz receives a number of meteor reports across the day from around the globe – but in the 9pm hour alone we’ve been sent dozens of reports from New Zealand alone.
Eyewitnesses report the meteor as being all sorts of colours, depending on where you were.
