Tropical Cyclone Jasper is still expected to impact Northern Queensland next week, we have the latest computer modelling and the areas most at risk.
We also cover how some modelling isn’t convinced it will come in next week – although the two most reliable global models we trust do show it reaching Queensland by Wednesday.
Waves and swells will pick up as far south as Brisbane – although the cyclone isn’t likely to impact Brisbane’s weather too much, if at all.
Most exposed to the cyclone next week is anywhere from Cairns/Cooktown down to about Ingham.
We have another update on Sunday PM.
