So how was your 1st day of April?

> From the WeatherWatch archives

It seems like it’s been a pretty dry day for New Zealand.

Here in the Waikato we’ve had lots of clouds.  But they weren’t enough to block the sunshine.  Just filter it a bit.

So are things by you?  Where are you from and what kind of weather are you having?

(And has anybody gotten you with an April Fools’ Day gag?)

Hello. We are in Whangarei and its our wedding anniversary today! Not that we are doing anything exciting as husband is in Auckland playing soccer and I am just hanging with the kids at home. Weather started off pretty average this morning with a few showers and not much sun but it has fined up now and the wind is keeping the clouds moving to allow for some warm sun to dry the washing. I am checking out eather watch to find out the latest on the weather for the week as we are planning a caving expedition around the northland area monday – thursday????

Stunner in Invercargill. Sunny with a light breeze and I have a reading of 22.1 right now.

A very nice day at home, did some work in the garden and the sun… But I must say I am looking forward to next week…. sounds odd but looking forward to the possibly storm… Wonder what it will bring to us here in Te Puke.
