Snow to sea level? Monday’s Weather Video

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A blast of Antarctic air is coming in with snow possible to sea level in some parts of the South Island – but how much will fall?

Some areas may not get much – others some fun snow for the school holidays.

More serious amounts will be higher up and may affect higher altitude highways in both islands.

Frosty, sunnier and calmer weather looks set to move in this Friday and weekend.
