Complete white-out conditions are being reported in Christchurch. Reports are now coming in of snow, hail and thunder over Christchurch
South Island weather analyst Richard Green says some parts of the city have complete white out conditions and that he’s never seen conditions like it in Christchurch before.
TRN’s Weather Watch Centre predicted the snow fall last week.
