Wish you would get the forecast more accurate, myself and others I know have cancelled outdoor activities which often means forfeiting entry fees and costs etc going on your forecast predicting heavy rain etc thunderstorms which often never eventuate. I am so gutted this weekend I decided to pull the plug on a event which I actually could have been at and the weather is not bad at all. I won’t be taking your advice anymore that’s for sure.

Hi Paula, sorry to hear that – perhaps take a look at our weather videos as all this week they have been about how tricky the weather was going to be for this weekend. We’re an entirely free service so feel free to use others that you find more accurate. Kind regards, WW.

Philip i like your weather forecasts but recently your microphone has been picking up your ” breathing in” and sounds like gasps. Any chance of avoiding this?
I`m going to miss your weather forecasts in January right when we are doing our hay.I really appreciate the information you present and the back ground reason to the weather and why it is happening in such a way it is.

Hi Tony – thanks very much for your loyal viewership! I’ve spoken to the production team and they assure me this mic problem will be fixed by the end of the week! All the best for hay season, hope the weather plays its part!

Kind regards
Philip Duncan

there has been for some years now a wish to change the NZ flag.I agree with it and at one stage tried to create a New design,But I now agree that the Silver fern On a black back ground would probably be the best especially after the world cup. As that was the flag seen the most at that time. But I would suggest thatalong the bottom we have blue, red and white to acknowledge the past.

Congratulations Philip, do hope all goes well for you.
Didn’t know that farmers had the time to watch TV 🙂

Congrats on getting the position. All the best. Don’t have Sky personally (only freeview), so I won’t be able to check it out but it I’m sure it’ll be great.
