Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
A mix of sun and cloud, Auckland and Northland have the odd shower, clearing in the afternoon. Fresh southwesterlies.
Highs: 21-24
Western North Island (including Central North Island)
A mix of sun and cloud, risk of a shower otherwise mainly dry. West to northwesterly winds, fresh about the coast.
Highs: 17-20
Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny, any morning showers about Wairarapa clear. Westerlies tend to the south late afternoon. Evening cloud possible.
Highs: 22-26
Wellington
A mix of sun and cloud, westerlies tend to the south for a time in the afternoon.

Marlborough & Nelson
Mostly sunny, light winds tend to the east after midday. Westerlies for Nelson.
