Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Mostly sunny with light winds, there may be some early fog to start the day. Some high cloud later in the afternoon / evening.
Highs: 17-18

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Any early fog or low cloud clears then mainly sunny, cloud increases later in the evening. Northwesterly winds.
Highs: 14-16

Eastern North Island
Sunny with afternoon north to northeasterly winds.
High: 16-19

Wellington
Cloudy areas, northwesterly winds strengthen.
High: 14

Marlborough & Nelson
Sunny with afternoon north to northwesterly winds.
Highs: 15-18

Canterbury
Mostly sunny with some high cloud later in the day, light winds tend northeast in the afternoon.
Highs: 13-14

West Coast
A sunny morning, cloud increases from afternoon bringing the chance of a light shower. Rain moves in overnight. Northerly winds.
Highs: 13-14

Southland & Otago
Any morning cloud clears then mainly sunny, some evening high cloud. Light winds tend north to northeast in the afternoon.
Highs: 12-15
