Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Sunny spells, low risk of a shower otherwise mainly dry. Breezy southwesterly winds.

Western North Island (including Central North Island)

Sunny spells with the low risk of a shower. West to southwesterly winds, breezy about Taranaki.
Highs: 19-20

Eastern North Island

Mostly sunny with southwesterly winds tending easterly in the afternoon. Cloud a little more frequent after midday.
Highs: 20-23

Wellington

Sunny spells, light winds tend northerly by midday.
High: 18

Marlborough & Nelson

Mostly sunny with east to northeasterly winds about Marlborough. Southwesterlies about Nelson tend northerly for a time in the afternoon.
