New Zealand currently lies sandwiched between two huge swell systems in the Tasman and Pacific Oceans either side of the country – while high pressure dominates directly overhead.
Heading further into the week however, a large northeast windflow looms, as well as some potentially big swells – up to around 5 or 6 metres – in places.
