Rugby is the big theme at the moment and today we take you back to 1975 when the All Blacks took on Scotland on a flooded Eden Park after torrential rain prior and during the game made conditions extremely challenging.

I’m guessing the rain helped keep the mud off 🙂 huge puddles make handling the ball exciting. I remember way back at Carlaw park circa 1960’s once was so muddy,straw was put on the park and dummy runs were occurring frequently as players picked up a limp of straw :).
