Low pressure zones are developing around NZ and there is a chance next week may finally see some rain in the very north of the country.
The south of NZ, which is also dry, has fewer chances of rain although some heavy West Coast rain in the days ahead may spillover eastwards a little.
We track the forecast into next week as rainmakers start to surround NZ and high pressure shows signs of breaking up for the first time in a while.

Why is the daily video not any more regularly on Rural Weather? I use to get all those info in the same place. Thank you for considering my request.

Hi Claudie, thanks for letting us know, they will be back on Friday. (No video today due to staff sickness though). There was a glitch with the tagging of the videos and we’ve sorted that now, so they should be returning to RuralWeather tomorrow.
Cheers
