Rain spreads over the North Island further today and Monday with heavy falls but also drizzly patches mixed in.
The rain will be patchy as it moves in – every rain band is unique in shape and layout so the best way to track the rain is by taking the following steps.
Check % of rain but also the rainfall TOTALS in your hyper local WeatherWatch.co.nz and RuralWeather.co.nz. (ie, some people may have 100% chance of rain but only a couple mm forecast, as can be the case when it’s very humid).
