Hold the phone – the main Dunedin city area site (Musselburgh) has less rain than Palm. Nth (805mm for 1971-2000 averages vs. Palm. Nth’s 896mm). To get higher than PN in the Dunedin environs one has to got to the hill zones to the SW of the city, or the Gardens on the peninsula.
