Definitly April for the reasons others have picked March. With April from a country point of view, there is a fresh colour of green in the grass with the sun stting further in the north, much cooler temps than March and the expectations of the first frosts in the air.
Cheers

I love march you get the lovely summer days but the nice cool nights which makes it easier to sleep. I also see march is doing quite well in this poll

The spring months as they can produce thunderstorms in a El Nino year.

I voted March for same reasons mainly as most others. Love the Autumn coolness although not so cool at the moment. But nights are more comfortable.
September/October run close as well as i do enjoy spring and the freshness it brings.

March is sublime, especially this year. Summer without the worst heat. Plus My birthday!

February, very closely followed by January. The two driest and relatively sunniest months here. Perhaps a “least favourite month” poll as well?

September in Dunedin is full of the bloom of daffodils and the blossom of trees as well as the first full show of the main rhododendron species – a wonderful time of freshness after the long dormancy of winter.
