We’ve had our fair share of snow this winter already – in varying quantities to varying altitudes in both islands!

Ski bunnies are happy, while those who live in snow prone areas of the country have had a white winter, with temperatures often well below freezing.

We wanted to know what our readers made of our snow forecasts – when compared to other companies in the New Zealand media – and get some feedback about what we’re doing right (or wrong)!

Nearly half of responders said that WeatherWatch.co.nz was “by far the best” at predicting when, where and how much snow will fall around the country, while a further 41% said we were “helpful” though there was “still work to do”.
