The results of our latest poll are in, and once again, autumn reigns supreme in the battle of the seasons!

At the end of a long, hot, dry summer, we wanted to take the pulse of the nation, and ask whether our favourites have changed – after autumn has dominated this question for several years.

36% of voters said it remained their favourite season, while summer came in a close second, with 34% of the vote. Spring and winter made up the numbers, with 18% and 11% of the vote respectively.

Heading as we are into autumn, hopefully we can keep it at the number one spot by bringing our desperate farmers a bit of rain!
