POLL RESULTS: A frost-free second spring month for most kiwis

Spring has been the very definition of a mixed bag so far – we’ve had winds, rain and sunshine – but also some very chilly mornings in parts of the country.

We wanted to know how many of our readers were experiencing the spring frosts we sometimes see at this time of year – and the answer seems to be: not many!

More than 70% of those who voted said they have not seen a frost this month, while just a quarter of respondents have – so it’s easing into summer again for many kiwis…
