Some parts of NZ have had a pretty settled summer so far while others are still seeing spring and winter weather conditions.

Looking up at my weather station and it says 26 degrees. Its a clear blue sky day as was yesterday. Unfotunately this has been our summer to date! I cant remember a time in recent months since I last saw this much sun! AND NOT 2 DAYS IN A ROW! Almost everyday has been very cloudy or wet or windy and or all at the same time! It has rained on all but 3 days this month. We are already at average rainfall for Invercargill and 1.5 degrees below average daily maximum. Sums it up really!

Not that flash really…. its warm enough, but theres still not many sunny days…. it seems to be overcast and windy a lot more this year. My parents are coming over from England next week so I hope youre going to tell us that the weather is going to be more settled….. please!
