Photo: Rare late afternoon fog moves into eastern Northland

> From the WeatherWatch archives

That moment when the fog rolls in on a beautiful sunny afternoon – not something that happens too often, but it’s always humid when it does!

This photo was just sent in to us by WeatherWatch.co.nz reader Anne Green.

“Thick fog rolling in to Bream Bay and down the Waipu River”.  Bream Bay is between Whangarei and Auckland on the east coast.

Thanks very much for the unique photo Anne!
