PHOTO: Otago spring beauty

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Spring brings a lot of changeable weather – showers, rain bands, changing winds, sunshine, warm and cold.

We tend to get an increase in rainbows too, with showers quickly moving along and sunny spells all around.

This photo was UPLOADED TO WEATHERWATCH by Greg Hughson over the weekend:

“This photo was taken near Waitahuna, just south of Lawrence yesterday evening around 7.30pm en route from Alexandra to Dunedin. The rainbows travelled ahead of us the whole way home. The weather conditions were light rain and sunshine” – Uploaded by: Greg Hughson Date: 5th Nov, 2016
