OZ: Mixed bag expected for cities

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Brisbane is once more strugging to shrug off showers as are the Gold and Sunshine Coasts this weekend.

These areas have been dogged by rain or showers on many occasions this year and today they’ve been firing in as well.

Temperatures should still be in the mid to high twenties but the showers coming and going will and have made conditions unpleasant.

Sydney is also expected to see showers this weekend and perhaps quite heavy during tomorrow.

Melbourne seems to be escaping most showers and is in for a generally sunny weekend with temperatures on the up.

Adelaide is set for a hot and sunny three days ahead with temperatures about the 30 degree mark and mild nights are also on the way.

Perth has had a warm and sunny start to the month which is set to continue. It’ll become hot later in the weekend eand early next week with the low to mid thirties expected.
