Awesome footage!
But my question is this:
What made the ‘lightning’ type effect quite clearly seen at 4″, 8″, 10″ 14″, 29″ ???
These are definitely from some electrical type of source (being blue in colour balance as opposed to the yellow light sources inside) and are strong enough to cast shadows around the building.
The first few could be power line arcing as they precede the lights flickering inside … but the later flashes have no inside lights flickering.
Could these be the famed and illusive Earthquake Lightning flashes?!
