As we leave winter behind for 2016 and head towards summer the overnight temperatures will start to move – with a mix of warm nights, cold nights and average temperatures.
Some like warm, even hot and humid weather for sleeping – others prefer icy cold nights.
Some don’t even think about it – they sleep (or don’t sleep) regardless of the temperature.
So, what is your ideal sleeping temperature?
