It’s that time of year again – as we flip our calendars over to a new month, we’re also heading into winter this week – June 1st is the start of the traditionally colder quarter of the year.
2014, however, has thrown up enough surprises to make us wary – with drought, floods and damaging storms all playing a part in the first half of our weather year.
The first week of winter looks relatively mild – when compared to the last week of autumn, that is – very similar to what we saw last year, too.
So how would you rate the season just gone? Happy with the weather dished up at your place? Or is there room for improvement…?
Let us know in the poll below (now on our homepage!), and give us your reasons why in the comments section!
