Very cold southerlies are spreading over the South Island bringing a clearance to the west but gloomy skies in the south and east.Temperatures are not much above freezing whereas in the north, although conditions are a little unsettled, temperatures remain mainly in double figures.

Its turned really dark here on the North Shore… are we finely in for some thunder as we have had none so far this weekend…..

Hi there, Its a ok day in Tauranga so far today. The sun has ben out for some of the day. So far its not been what the forcast was last night. Jusk asking is it meant to get better for the rest of the day and in to the night? Or is there some rain am may be thunder……
