A front and low combination slowly move closer to western areas of New Zealand overnight but remains in the Tasman Sea. A north to northeasterly airflow gradually increases with conditions fairly dry. Some rain moves onto the South Island’s West Coast, there may also be a drizzle patch or two about the Bay Of Plenty and Nelson later overnight.
Northland
Clear areas, some place see cloud with the chance of an isolated shower this evening then clearing (mainly about the interior of Northland). North to northeasterly breezes.

Auckland
Clear areas and some cloud, northeaterly winds.
Tonight’s Lows: 13-14
Bay Of Plenty, Waikato & Central North Island
Sunny areas and some cloud, cloud more frequent about inland Bay Of Plenty and the Central North Island. Cloud builds overnight about the Bay Of Plenty coast with a drizzle patch or two possible. Northeasterly winds.
Tonight’s Low: 10-13
Eastern North Island
Mainly clear with a few clouds, east to northeast breezes ease this evening. Light northerlies overnight.

Taranaki
Some cloud with northerly breezes, cloud increases overnight.
Tonight’s Low: 11
Western North Island
Mainly clear with a few clouds, west to southwest winds ease this evening tending light northerly overnight.
Tonight’s Low: 10
Wellington
A few clouds about, some high cloud increases overnight. Strong northerly winds ease a little this evening.
Tonight’s Low: 12
Nelson
Cloud increasing this evening, northeasterly winds. Chance of a drizzle patch overnight.
Tonight’s Low: 11
Marlborough
Clear with some high cloud developing later this evening and overnight. Gusty northwesterlies ease this evening.

Canterbury
Some high cloud develops this evening, northwesterly winds inland with easterlies near the coast easing.
Tonight’s Lows: 8-10
West Coast
Fairly cloudy with rain about Fiordland. Rain moves north into South Westland overnight and areas of drizzle develop further north then that. Northeasterly winds.

Coastal Otago
High cloud with light northerlies overnight.

Central Otago
High cloud with light northerly winds.
Tonight’s Lows: 7-8
Southland
High cloud with light northerlies, winds change southerly towards dawn.

Nice dry weather with afresh Nor’Wester to dry the washing.
And sorry but I’not going to give up on this. As I keep saying it was invented to steal the money that you have left in your pockets, and also to keep developing countries doing just that, developing to nowhere.
