Main centres- Mixed week ahead

> From the WeatherWatch archives

The 5 main centres are set for weather of all sorts this week with some showers, periods of rain, breezy spells and sunny periods too, with a frost later in the week possibly.

Overall temperatures are set to be near average in the north if not a little milder than usual for mid August and perhaps a tad cool in the south.

Tauranga looks to be the warmest over the next day or 2 with Christchurch remaining fairly chilly throughout much of the week.

Next week could be a different story with warmer temps in the south but long range forecasts aren’t always known for there pinpoint accuracy!
