An anticyclone continues to cover New Zealand today through to Thursday, watch once again for inland downpours / thunderstorms during the afternoons and evenings.
Tuesday
Blue – Heavy downpours developing for inland areas of both islands this afternoon / evening, some may contain thunderstorms and perhaps a risk of hail.
Yellow – High’s reaching into the low 20’s across many parts of New Zealand today, perhaps the mid twenties for some areas.
Wednesday
Blue – Heavy downpours developing for inland areas of both islands in the afternoon / evening, some may contain thunderstorms and perhaps a risk of hail.
