A ridge covers most of the country today and Saturday, a weak front moves onto Northland during today then slowly pushes off to the west on Saturday. Anticyclonic conditions for most of New Zealand on Sunday.
Friday
Blue – A cold start for inland areas, starting out between 0 to 3 degrees celcius.
Sunny weather for wet parts of the country, the east of the South Island and the Bay Of Plenty.
Saturday
Blue – Another cool start due to a ridge of high pressure, starting out around 1 to 3 degrees.
Sunny weather for wet parts of the country, the east of the South Island and the Bay Of Plenty.
Sunday
Blue – The ridge is starting to weaken a bit on Sunday, still a tad cold to start for inland areas but the area may not be as big.
Still dry for Canterbury and the Bay Of Plenty, some cloud at times for the Bay Of Plenty.
