Flying Conditions

MONDAY

  • NATIONWIDE:  GOOD.  Relatively light winds everywhere, nor’westers picking up slightly in Wellington but they’ll be pretty tame.

Cook Strait Ferry – MetService Forecast:

MONDAY

  • GOOD.   Northerly 20 knots, rising to 30 knots for a time this afternoon and evening. Sea becoming rough for a time. Southerly swell 2 metres, easing.   We’ve rated it “Good” because the big ferries smoothly sail through conditions like that.
