Friday’s national forecast

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Very quiet weather is expected for this Good Friday.

A few showers are still possible for Hawkes Bay and Gisborne, however it won’t be quite as wet as it has been over the past few days.

A few showers could also brush Bay of Plenty today.  But rainfall amounts will be light and overall chances for seeing anything are fairly small.

The rest of the country is looking at dry and settled weather.  Plenty of sunshine is expected for just about everyone.  A few clouds could pop up along the coasts, especially on the North Island and upper regions of the South Island.

Highs today will be in the upper teens to lower 20’s.
