Drizzle and humidity for northern NZ

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Humidity is on the rise for the upper North Island today – and for the next few days – as a weak low drifts down from the sub-tropics.

The low, which is expected to fade out altogether soon, will help bring warmer overnight weather to Northland, Auckland, Coromandel Peninsula, Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

WeatherWatch.co.nz predicts overnight lows will be in the mid teens for most.

The low will bring some drizzle and light showers to eastern parts of Northland and into Auckland, mainly morning and night.

Meanwhile WeatherWatch.co.nz says the hot, dry, weather in the South Island and eastern North Island should continue for the rest of the week.
