Cut, copy, repeat – The Big Picture on Thursday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Well, that large high pressure system still sits over most of New Zealand, while the windflow over the country does tend west to southwest – even though it’s fairly light.

So we have areas of cloud in the west, with western parts of the North Island especially likely to be fairly cloudy – though not especially threatening.
The eastern side of New Zealand is mainly sunny, with light winds tending onshore in the afternoon.

Other than that, take Wednesday’s weather and repeat again!
