Cricket test weather

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Hamilton appears to be turning on a pretty good weather display for the entire 5 days of the first cricket test between the Black Caps and Pakistan.

The forecast is for mostly dry weather throughout and warm to hot days with temperatures varying from the mid 20s to the 30 mark. Today is day one of the test and the lead up to the match has been dry which has certainly helped the curator over the last week.

It appears to me mostly sunny with just a few cloudy areas however the odd shower with humidity is possible over the weekend and early into next week.

The next test is next week in Wellington and the long range forecast is for a dry start to the test although quite breezy.
