There’s no letting up for earthquake-rattled Canterbury.
The city has had two more shallow aftershocks in quick succession this morning. The first struck at 9.40am and measured 4.1 on the Richter scale.
The second happened just a minute later and was magnitude 3.6. They were centred 20 kilometres west of Christchurch at a depth of around 10 kilometres.
Canterbury has had more than 4,000 aftershocks since the big quake in September.
