Anticyclone extends the clear weather – The Big Picture on Thursday

A large anticyclone still covers much of the country, bringing mainly settled and sunny weather to most of New Zealand.

Light winds stick around for many, while there’s the chance of morning cloud or fog in a few inland regions as well.

Beyond that, a few showers stick around Fiordland during the day – otherwise that’s it!
