It feels like it’s been quite a while since we said this but all of New Zealand is currently enjoy settled weather as a high finally spreads in from the west.

This evening should be pleasant for most places with only light winds.

Even other areas which have been cloudy for much of the day should see conditions improving this evening.

WeatherWatch.co.nz says it will be another cool night across the country tonight under those clear skies and light winds.

While frosts aren’t expected some inland areas may drop in to the low single digits.
