Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Cloudy areas and the odd shower about Auckland and perhaps Northland / Waikato and Bay Of Plenty, some rain for a time later this evening / overnight. Light winds, tending northwest Auckland northwards.
Highs: 13-16
Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Cloudy areas and some sun, low risk of a shower or two. Light westerly quarter winds.
Highs: 10-14
Eastern North Island
Light winds at first then southwesterly breezes pick up by midday, mainly sunny with some cloud at times. Low risk of a shower otherwise mainly dry.
Highs: 13-14
Wellington
A mainly sunny day with Southerly winds.
High: 11
Marlborough & Nelson
Mainly sunny after a morning frost, a touch of high cloud from afternoon. Southerlies tend easterly after midday about Marlborough. Light variable winds for Nelson.
Highs: 12
Canterbury
Some cloud near the coast, a few showers also (mainly about Banks Peninsula). Mainly sunny inland after a morning frost. Light southwesterly winds tend easterly by evening.
High: 11
West Coast
Morning cloud Greymouth northwards with the chance of a shower then breaking to mostly sunny weather, mainly sunny elsewhere with high cloud developing from afternoon. Light winds tend northeasterly from afternoon.
Highs: 10-12
Southland & Otago
Any morning cloud breaks to mostly sunny weather, east to northeasterly winds. Coastal Otago sees a little more frequent cloud with southwest winds tending easterly late afternoon.
Highs: 7-9

Not blaming you guys but yesterday I saw 3 house flies and 1 blowie. Bummer!

Wow a house fly is one thing but a blow fly in July, not fair! We’ll see what we can do… all this rain isn’t helpful!!
